How does Application Integration Suite change how we think about more agile data integration?

We use quite a few tools for accurate and fast data integration (and data updates) for on-prem and cloud apps (MDM, ETL, even ODBC and data connectors, etc.)  How does IBM's Application Integration Suite change how we think about more agile data integration?

Your thinking doesn't need to change at all around agile integration but you can now add some capabilities that may allow you to do things easier. This gives you more quivers in your bow.

Application Integration Suite is another choice that you have when you want to transform data from various sources just the way that IBM Integration Bus has done for a very long time. In fact, there is an upgrade part number moving from IIB to AIS.

The Application Integration Suite also gives you capabilities from Cast Iron and API Connect as well.  So you can extend your reach easily to other data sources with Cast Iron functionality.  In addition, you can expose the endpoints using API Connect and even build new APIs too.  It even includes a layer of security as well.

The Application Integration Suite offers an integrated solution that makes it possible to play easily in the API Economy plus it adds Hybrid Integration in one complete package.
