Situation: I have a project with a landing page that I want to be the source for links of the project, to reduce confusion of the users. I would like to keep the Home (default) page to be the only link in the drop down and be the main page for browsing the project.

Background: The project scope is pretty narrow, so it will be nice to keep users directed from this Home page.

Assessment: The reports must have a header link somewhere that can be changed/ removed, I just need to find where.

Recommendation: Once I find the setting or link, change/remove the links from the drop down.

Hi Daniel,

what you need to be careful of is that the menu items are also collections. If you were to start to edit this list and its contents you would also be breaking the collections, which I'm guessing you don't want to do.

One way to remove the items from the list is to change the permission of all the reports within the collection (The specified item was not found. ) But then that would mean you would not be able to access those reports at all. However, if your project is narrow you could remove access to reports that are not in scope, which may be what you are trying to achieve.

Thanks for the heads up! I will just change the permissions for the reports in the collections I don't want them to see.
