I asked my boss to contact the person. But I was kind of hoping that there might be some website of IBM's that I could use to see my list of site IDs and do some address corrections.

Hey Rob,
You can ask your TLS contact point (the one who created the maintenance contract) to send you the list of these site IDs and the linked address.
The address of the site(s) relevant for each contract is indicated in the contract itself. And it should be shown in the renewal offer you got.
To update them, it is best to ask the same TLS representative, but you can also go through your BP or distributor.
Cheers,

Just got a maintenance contract renewal. The site id for that is a plant which we closed some years ago and moved the Power system out of state. It's a drag when I get a call from a repair guy from that parking lot. Especially when they are extremely vexed that they drove a few hours (and, from basically near where the machine is now).
So how do I get a list of my site IDs and details about them?
