How do i download perpetual license on laptop?

  • 1.  How do i download perpetual license on laptop?

    I have a perpetual license on my work desktop. I have just been informed by an IBM online represntative that i can also use this license on my laptop. My login and password were Ok on the SPSS download page but when trying to access the MRS page this error message occurred:

    “An add-on for this website failed to run"

    How do i successfully complete the download? Thanks
