Let me know if I'm barking up the wrong problem.

What is the process that is running and only consuming 50% of CPU? Is it by any chance a shell script?

This morning when it was running the cpu's were at 56,51,65,68 % idle values, this was early in the morning with no one else logged in. It is a shell script that starts two processes in a cisam database.
The processes have a nice value of 32 which is very high but i thought that wouold not have much effect when other users were not logged in.
