    How do I change the level of significance from .01 to .05 for the Chi Square Test for Independence in the SPSS Statistics program.

    The statistical dialog boxes all run procedures. You can see what they run using the Paste button in the dialog. But you could also just specify what menu item you used, e.g., Analyze > Descriptive Statistics > Crosstabs
