  • 1.  How do I access or create an authorization code and/or license code?

    I have a Mac computer. I am trying to download the program (SPSS Premium Gradpak 27), but cannot access an authorization code. I go to the license key center and cannot log on - says my credentials are incorrect, despite them being correct. Please help me.

    If you use a student or gradpack version, or you have purchased the software from a vendor, please contact this vendor for licensing and installation support, as vendors want to check such problems with their customers themselves:
