we have purchased 10 Licences of SPSS Statistics we installed all 9 licences

bout one of the licence i getting an error on authorisation code

kindly advice how can re generate the code to activate the licence

Please open a ticket as the exchange of authorization codes is confidential and cannot be done on this forum, see below for options. On the ticket you should also mention the error message you get, the SPSs version you use and on which operating system it does not work.

Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc... need to be handled through either a normal Support ticket via link above or via the SPSS Licensing support page.

For licensing questions on Student and Gradpack versions, please reach out to your vendor or academic institution where you obtained the license.
