My TKE administrator are trying  to buy some TKE smart cards,  white one,  PN : 00JA710 but it's seem that they are not able to found some. 

Any contact or someone we can reach  ?

The way you order extra smart cards and smart card readers for the TKE product is by feature code associated with the IBM Z or LinuxONE the TKE is assigned to.   Are you asking about the feature numbers you need to place the order?

You mentioned the 00JA710 which is an older smart card.  If you order an "extra smart card" feature a "readers and smart cards" feature, you will get 00RY790 smart cards.    Is there a reason you feel you need the older smart card?

TKE admin are not sure that this is compatible with 9.1 and the gemalto reader, but what I see in the Workstation UG, this will be fine. Is it the case ?

Yes, you are correct.  This should be fine.  The 00RY790 part was released with TKE 9.1.  This part was tested in all supported readers, Gemalto CT700, Omnikey/HID 3821, and Identiv SPR 332.
