I cannot license SPSS Amos and Statistics and I get the message:

Unable to acquire license due to error 3..

There is a license, but it has expired. Even the grace period has expired.

Specific symptom: 313

Local license for version 26.0

Commuter license

WARNING: license has expired.

The text in my lservrc:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX# "1200" version "260", expires Midnight of Sep 30, 2021, exclusive
