    How can I remove a websphere app from partial start state - WAS 8.5 . All apps on the WAS are currently on partial start state. I failover to another node but no luck. We have two nodes and an ODR. The healthcheck for the ODR does not work as well. ODR JVM, node agent and App JVMs all in active status.

    Thanks folks. Found the answer on google - apps normally on partial start state when the node agent for  the app cluster is started but one or more of its  members JVM  is down.
