    I bought SPSS grad pack about a week ago and my computer is now not functioning. I had to buy a new computer. How can I obtain a new code to get SPSS to work on my new computer?

    If you purchased a student or GradPack version at another vendor you need to contact them for a new authorization code.

    If they want to have your code reset they can open a ticket at IBM as they will have an IBM customer number and account.

    Please contact your vendor as they want to take care of their customers themselves,
