    I'm trying to install SPSS 18 on my new computer. My organization purchased the software back in 2010 and now I'm trying to install it in a new pc.

    When installing it requires me to provide an Authorization Code which I unfortunately don't remember it. The only thing I have is the Serial number.

    Is there a way to obtain again my authorization code and licence code?

    SPSS version 18 was a release prior to IBM acquisition, it is unsupported since many years and new codes for this older release cannot be created for this version anymore, sorry. If you had your 20 digit authorization code you used in the past this could be reset such that it could be used for licensing again.

    Please contact your organization to see if they have this code in their records.

    If they find it you can then open a licensing ticket via procedure below to have this code reset, thanks
