  • 1.  How can I fix this ?

    Hi, I have a problem with my licensing for SPSS. I already tried changing the echoid from 0x10 to 0x004 but this did not help. It shows as followed

    "License information for IBM SPSS Statistics installed in /Applications/IBM SPSS Statistics 27/Resources/Activation

    No licenses found for IBM SPSS Statistics 27. ErrCode=9 SubCode=5"

    (I entered the license IP address that my university provided)

    Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc...   need to be handled through the SPSS Licensing support page:

    Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. We accept Licensing only.

    Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.

     

    For licensing questions on Student and Gradpack versions, please reach out to your vendor or academic institution where you obtained the license.
