On which operating system you have installed? Windows 10?. Windows 10 is restrictive with user permissions.
If the license authorization wizard does not start go to SPSS 25 installation path and right click on file echoid.exe. Select "run as administrator". This will give the lock code of the machine.
If you have the lock code and you 20 digit authorization code , then please open a ticket with one of the options below and we will create the license code for you manually. On ticket you need to provide both lock code and authorization code.
