Hi Brett,
assuming you'll want to take a closer look at Code Engine, IBM Cloud's serverless platform, you'll find an environment that dynamically scales apps, but also other types of workloads, based on incoming requests. In combination with IBM Cloud Internet Services (CIS), you can easily run a multi-region deployment and so improve performance, and resiliency. The following blog post walks you through the setup: "Deploy a Globally Distributed Web App on Your Domain with Code Engine and Cloud Internet Services"
Would you mind to elaborate a bit more in detail on which performance and redundancy aspects you are specifically focussed on?
Best regards, Rico

Subject: How Are You Approaching Multi-Region Deployments in IBM Cloud PaaS?
Hi all
I've recently started exploring IBM Cloud's Platform-as-a-Service offerings, especially around scalable app deployment. One thing I've been thinking about is how to best handle multi-region deployments, both from a performance and redundancy standpoint.
For those of you who are more experienced with IBM Cloud PaaS, how are you approaching this?
B
