My old device which had SPSS on has broken and I need to transfer my license to my new device. Can you tell me how to send you my authorisation code so you can reset it please?

Note that authorisation codes have multiple activations available for use for such a scenario. I would try to activate the SPSS product on your new computer first and then reach out to IBM Support if errors are encountered.
