    I have run a bkconsdata -r ftp... to use ftp instead of nfs to/from the same boxes and I get no errors.

    I'd appreciate any thoughts on the cause.

    HMC is v6.1.2, NFS is v3, AIX is 5.3.4

    I have several 570s and I am running HMC ver 6.1.3. Neither ftp or nfs works and I have opened a PMR with IBM. I am running over a 1 Gbit network.
    Did you ever get bkconsdata vi nfs to work.
