Santanu -- you should be able to run the compliance check map using the ITXA pack exactly as you have been with earlier releases.  The difference is that if you also have ITXA you can store your HIPAA validation information in the envelopes.  The DeEnvelope (or Envelope) service reads the HIPAA validation settings directly from the database before it runs the compliance check map so you don't need to use the parameter file at all.  If you run compliance checking in ITXA, you also have the options for Type 5-7 validation, which is not really available with ITX by itself.
