    ๐Ÿ‘ What an incredible time in Orlando at IBM TechXchange 2025 (Oct 6โ€‘9) last week! Our IBM Cloud team drove bold conversations, handsโ€‘on experiences, and real demonstrations of what's possible when hybrid cloud, AI, and enterprise-scale infrastructure converge.

    ๐‡๐ž๐ซ๐ž'๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ:

    ๐Ÿ”น ๐•๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง + ๐Œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐ข๐ง ๐Œ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: The IBM Cloud Roadmap: Accelerate Innovation in a Hybrid World session laid out how IBM is bridging mainframes, VMs, containers, and AI into a consistent, hybrid platform experience. Attendees got early access to next-gen capabilities including AIโ€‘ready infrastructure (Red Hat AI + watsonx), OpenShift virtualization enhancements, and advanced observability & data services.

    ๐Ÿค– ๐€๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐€๐ ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐œ-๐‘๐ž๐š๐๐ฒ ๐ˆ๐ง๐Ÿ๐ซ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž: A standout was the unveiling of agentic-ready infrastructure, positioning IBM Cloud as a backbone for self-driving IT operations.

    Two innovations stole the spotlight:
    โœ… AI assistants that work across IBM's cloud and platform stack - simplifying deployment, incident resolution, and beyond.
    โœ… Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration - enabling agents to invoke infrastructure actions across hybrid systems.

    ๐Ÿ’ฐ ๐Ž๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‚๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ + ๐’๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ข๐ง๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ: The lab on cost & resource optimization leaned into FinOps + GreenOps principles. Participants explored IBM's tools for cost control, automation, usage reporting-and the IBM Cloud Carbon Calculator to measure and reduce environmental impact.

    ๐Ÿค ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ & ๐‚๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐„๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ: Kicked off by a dynamic Cloud Community & Client Appreciation Day, this gathering welcomed over 100 participants alongside nine IBM Champions. We dove into previews, co-creation sessions, and design thinking workshops to help shape what's next. More than 400 attendees engaged at the IBM Cloud booth's activity walls-sharing cloud maturity stories, engaging in handsโ€‘on games, and sparking fresh ideas for the year ahead.
