I am running an UNIANOVA but only the comand shows in the output window, not the actual results of the test.

It has "running UNIANOVA..." in the processor area but has been like that for hours.

I have tried restarting SPSS and my system, only for it to result in the same.

Help would be appreciated!

If you see the expected output from other procedures, then maybe you have variables defined as factors that should be covariates. If you have several continuous variables in the factor box, the number of categories could get out of hand.

If that isn't the issue, then posting more details would be necessary to figure out the problem.
