    Hi, my colleague had left the company. As he is the registered administrator of the customer number, he did not transfer to me. Who can i approach for help at IBM? I have the customer number. Thanks.

    It used to be that you send the email to palogin@ie.ibm.com to handle Passport Advantage Online changes.
