Hi, I need some help with the enrollment for the android devices Samsung Tab S6. They operate on the production site in COSU(Kiosk), last week some of the tablets have been through factory reset and now I'm unable to sign them in MaaS360. Every time I try to authenticate they return "Authentication failed.Invalid credentials" Already changed the password for the user, and it didn't work.

The user type of Authentication is set at MaaS360, and I have set the User Authentication Configuration to Default on MaaS360 Directory. But it doesn't work either. Lastly, I have tried to authenticate with "Override authentication with password registration", it works, but when trying to download the distribuited apps, the google play store return that the administrator doesn't give the permission for installation.

For instaling MaaS360 on the tablets I'm using the afw#maas360 on the google g-mail verification.

Can someone share a light in for what can I do?

Hi Matheus
Can you confirm whether the MaaS360 app is added to your App Catalog and distributed already? This can have an impact on app distributions. 
For authentication I suggest you contact Support as they will need to investigate.
