The distribution of this command (111) failed on one or more passive nodes.

What could be the reason for this ?

    thanks

It is possible that you must change the lv through smitty hacmp interface (System Management (C-SPOC) -> HACMP Logical Volume Management -> Shared Logical Volumes).

    Try it!!

It looks like this lv is part of HACMP resource group.
My mistake was that I forgot to check that, however command you sugested(HACMP menu) still fails:

Command: failed stdout: yes stderr: no

Before command completion, additional instructions may appear below.

    cl_extendlv: Error executing extendlv vg_name lv_name 32 hdisk_nr on node machine_name

I think I need standard procedure for extending file systems if lv belongs to HACMP resource group.

You didn't say what version of HACMP you are running. Depending on the version you may need to do a lazy update on your volume groups. But you will need to see what the verify & sync tells you is wrong.
The latest version 5.4 is really good at telling you exactly what's wrong.
