Hello, I am having a problem with my IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription Trial account.
My trial account has been stuck on "Your new seats are still processing" for more than 2 days. Because of this, I cannot access or use the "Manage Users" feature, and my SPSS activation/login is not working properly.
My account information shows:
- Authorized users: 1
- Assigned seats: 1
- Available seats: 0
I have already tried:
- logging out and logging in again
- restarting my laptop
- reinstalling SPSS
- checking Manage Devices
But the issue is still the same.
Could you please help reset or fix the trial seat activation on my account? Thank you.
