Apptio for All

Hello IBM Community!  

My name is Jenny Goodwin.  I am an almost 30-year veteran of the software Training & Development industry and a 10+ year veteran of Apptio.  I have enjoyed this fast-moving Apptio journey and the Apptio COMMUNITY immensely!  How exciting that we've found our way to IBM!  Some of you have been around for a long time also and it's great to see you here in our new home.  MANY of you will be new, WELCOME to our Community! 

I want to introduce you to the Apptio Global Education Services Delivery team.  We produce, teach, host and lead the live classes, webinars and events that you attend to earn your product and domain certifications and to stay informed of new product releases via our Power Ups.

The Education Delivery team includes instructors and our operations manager.  This team teaches and guides you in the classroom and answers your questions via the apptio-education@ibm.com email address.  Because you interact with these team members directly, they are face of the larger Global Education Services team which includes our content design team and education specialist and the Delivery team instructor often experience what I call, Instructor Celebrity status.   Likely you are familiar with one or two of the instructors whose class times align with your region or shift.  Get to know all of our instructors and operations manager below!
