Hdisk's state is defined

    My system is P570, today when i checked system and discover: Hdisk3 is defined is listed by lsdev -Cc disk and Volume group cannot varyon. Hdisk3 is Scsi disk array with raid 10 from 2 disks pdisk2 and pdisk3. I checked scsi raid by scsi raid manager and get Hdisk3 has state is Failed. 

    So could anyone suggest for me how to specify actually issue of hdisk3 or like that?

    If a device is OK but was simply missing when the system booted, an mkdev -l hdisk3, or perhaps a cfgmgr, should solve things. But if the disk or array has failed then you're going to have to restore a backup somehow.

    BTW I don't think RAID 10 on two disks is possible. AFAIK it requires four disks.
