  • 1.  Having missing data issues in the planning module

    My data was feeding over from the assets tab into the summary tab as of last week. Now several of those fields are blank in the summary tab and when I export to excel. Has anyone experienced this?

    This could be a formatting issue.  It will still show the data in the report, but not when exported to excel.  Suggest checking the size of the width of the cells.

    Without screenshots to help clarify the views and selection you are making in Apptio and the view of the exported file, all I can suggest is that you refresh your selections in the Apptio report and check the export sheet for other tabs where the data you are looking for might be populated. I hope this helps.

    You might want to verify that you are looking at all unsubmitted versions…

    Thanks all. I have a ticket submitted for this. This started happening Friday after the release, so I'll see what they find out.Hopefully, a quick fix.

    May be you need to check your Cost source model and assets model and see if Allocation and distribution has correct column mapping.
