Hi, for some reason my authorisation failed and I sent an email to obtain the license code; however, I haven't received it (and it says it should be received in 5 minutes). Can I provide the authorisation code and the computer lock code to an administrator here and get the license?
I also have the exact same problem! My university authorisation code keeps failing and I keep sending emails and it says the server is down. How do I get SPSS licensed? I would really appreciate any help.
I made it, but now I don't know how to delete the thread.
I just had to get a better internet connection.
