This is the connector that is authored by IBM (not the Service Graph Connector authored by HCL). The IBM connector supports the PVU and RVU calculations.

IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT) or IBM BigFix Inventory integration with Software Asset Management Professional. This connector is authored by IBM and the code is locked down. It's downloaded from ServiceNow as a connector to be installed along with the ServiceNow SAMPro module to allow the PVU and RVU calculations to be displayed in ServiceNow.

When troubleshooting, ServiceNow does not have insight into the code and therefore is not always able to help with the transformation of the fields that are required.

Is there someone from IBM or a customer who has experience getting this connector working in ServicNow that can offer advice/insight into getting this working?
