Everything is fine on Primary system(to which services were falled back). Checked the clinfoES, it was running fine. Then checked the errpt and found haemd is not running

    *DIAGNOSTIC EXPLANATION
haemd: Received termination signal SIGTERM, program is exiting.

Did some research on internet and found that

"If haemd is inoperative, no monitoring of the system, subsystem and application
resource can be performed and no events can be generated when the resources
change state. So if you use pman error notification or Perspectives and haemd
is missing, you get error messages regarding the absence of the EM daemon."

Any idea how to start the haemd daemon.
    Thanks & Regards,
