For some reason, if left unattended the cluster tends to propagate at least one of the file collections in the wrong direction, i.e. from the inactive to the active node. If I check clutils.log on the primary node, I see the verification process - on the inactive node I see the propagation pushing to the primary node.

If I set the inactive node to not synchronize automatically, it does the synchronization correctly - but only once. The verification routine corrects the configuration difference on inactive node so that it is then configured to synchronize automatically and the next night it synchronizes backwards again.

Any ideas what I might check?
