    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    So, what should I do to make it able to work?
    As this start to happen when the user upgrade the Tamino from major verion 3 to 4. The configuration is just the same as before. Nothing about permission of operation had been specified to set during the 4.4.1.3 installation.

    You might have to supply a user/password that is applicable to the Tamino server host.

    What happens if you try a URL similar to the following from a browser on the XP box:

    http://host/tamino/db?_diagnose=version

    do you get prompted for a user/password?
