    They have a forum on support.gxs.com but it isn’t used that much. GXS used to have an email user group but I tried sending a message to it the other day and it didn’t seem to work.

    What are you really looking for? I have been working in GXS AI (Application Integrator) since 6 years. It is very user friendly and rubust Any to Any translation engine and specially in EDI.
    AI can be integrated with Integration platform using Java APIs.
