  • 1.  GUI is loading can't able to login.

    Hi experts, I can access it in CLI mode, but I am unable to log in to the GUI. I have tried all restart commands and different browsers, but it's still not working; it's just loading.

    What version are your systems on? Have you applied any patch?

    Is this a problem still. I know this message is older. I never logged in here until today. I had this same issue after upgrading to version 12 from 11.5. The issue was that my SAML SSO got wiped. So I had to log in with admin account like in your screen, go back and redo my SSO settings.  That was it. I hope that helps. Again I assume you are working by now.
