    Dear team,
     
    we have a plan to add mongodb to our monitored databases so please need a help with supportability between Mongodb and Guardium version 
     
    so frist let me talk about type and version:
     
    collector : v 11   Patch 470 
    database : Mongo 6.0.8 
     
    after checking the document "https://www.securitylearningacademy.com/mod/data/view.php?d=12&mode=asearch"
    i found it supported and installation should works good :)
    *but after talking with DB team i found that there is a plan for upgrading Mongodb to v7 
    however i can not find Mongodb in "https://www.securitylearningacademy.com/mod/data/view.php?d=12&mode=asearch" iam not sure if this document is reqularly updated
    so please
    1- need your help here if someone have the same scenario
    also if anyone have a requrirment for monitoring Mongodb
    2- what is the best monitoring option Agent based or Universal connector?

    Please review the below link for which version of MongoDB are supported for V11.4:


    We do support MongoDB 6.x and V11.4.

    thanks for your support.

    current status is mongodb: v6 and os: Rhel 8 and it is supported

    but there is a plan for upgrading Mongodb to v7 

    my question is 
    1-will installed agent will also support the new version of mongodb?

    2- and need to know what is the best option for monitoring Mongodb is it agent based or Universal connector ?

    You can always use the database below.  Mongodb v6 and RHEL 8 are supported.

    It is not currently listed in the database. The latest one listed is 6.0 using the STAP or Universal Connector.

    You can open a support ticket for more information since it was just released in August.
