    hi,

    I am facing below error while I register the Guardium collector to Guardium Central Manager. Could anyone suggest me?

    Hi PHANENDRA,

    Please check below points :

    > Have you loaded the shared secret key on collector same as on CM ? If not then enter and try registration again.
    >  Is it mixed guardium environment as V10, V9 or V11 ?
    > Is all required port are opened between collector and CM as 8443 ?

    hi,

    Have you loaded the shared secret key on collector same as on CM ? If not then enter and try registration again. - using same shared secret key
    Is it mixed guardium environment as V10, V9 or V11 ? - same version
    Is all required port are opened between collector and CM as 8443 ? - opened

    Since that collector is in cloud and due to reacbility issue, may be getting issue, will try it again.
