  • 1.  Guardium Central Manager GUI Issue

    hi,

    I am facing Guardium GUI issue and not able to take console suddenly, but able to get the cli access
    I have used the commands like restart network/gui or restart system or restart stopped_services etc
    I am unable to see the port 8443 is opened, it is closed for Guardium central manager where as other managed units are UP
    Please suggest somebody & it's very urgent

    Hi PHANENDRA,

    It looks like GUI is down. It may happen because of internal DB full . Please the DB status by below CLI command

    support show db-status used %

    If it is used more than 90% then you need to clean the data internal database. I would suggest to raise case with guardium support to check this issue.
    Also you can try below CLI command and check status 

    restart stopped_services
