Guaranteed delivery issues

    Hello,

    I have created guaranteed delivery services synchronize services. when backend http available send the data.
    when I have shutdown the backend http client URL. after some time startup client Http URL not sending the data.
    some times job success but not receive the data and some times getting below error.

    [794]2021-12-23 22:11:00 AST [ISC.0063.0083E] (tid=87) Reset TContext com.wm.app.b2b.client.ServiceException: [ISC.0036.9112] Unable to reset job manager - enabled

    Can you please anyone help me.
