I have been working with a data set that has missing values. I ran a multiple imputation (5 imputations) followed by a mixed linear model. I am trying to visualise my findings but have noticed that when using the chart builder, I am only given graphs for the 5 subsequent imputations and not for the imputation's pooled results. I normally focus on pooled results, and it would be great if I could create a graph visualising the pooled results. Greatly appreciate all feedback and advice I can get in this matter :)
