Hi Mitch,
Configuring the ActiveSync settings with MaaS360 should not be any different than configuring a native mail client on the device. As long as the customer is using the same configuration, the email payload pushed from the MaaS360 will work as expected. As far as leveraging 2FA for O365 using MS Authenticator or Duo, customers will need to enable modern auth and confirm 2FA working outside of MaaS360. Please see the below document to allow 2FA to work with the MaaS360 Secure Mail client.

Subject: Good documentation for configuring ActiveSync in MaaS for customers using 2FA and the subsequent enrollment process at the device level
I am looking for good documentation or a set of instructions which provide information to facilitate the correct Active Sync config in MaaS and the subsequent correct device enrollment process for customers using 2FA with Office 365 Exchange. I have customers using both the Microsoft Authenticator App and others using DUO.
Thanks,
Mitch Lauer
