Any luck on how it started working. I am having the same issue. Also, I am doing the "IBM Data Engineering Professional Certificate" program in Coursera. Is it possible to complete the course without this working?

even the dedicated knob does not work, complaining that there are no explain tables. But I cannot create explain tables does not work either.

I just logged in after not having touched IBM cloud for about a week. I went to "Go to UI" and it worked directly. First time I have ever seen/used the UI and I cannot explain why it works now.
Can anyone else who responded confirm it is working for them?

I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to ask, but I am grasping for anything right now.
I am brand new to DB2 and databases in general. I have just started the "IBM Data Engineering Professional Certificate" program in Coursera. I am super excited to learn and happy to get a chance to work with Db2.
I have successfully provisioned a database:

However - I cannot seem to do anything with it, as when I click on "Go to UI"

I consistently get the error HWCCON0104E

In the tutorial another screen always appears and people can do things like adding / modifying data.
I am using Chrome, and have tried:
- Clearing cookies
- Using incognito mode
- Restarting the PC
- Using Edge
- Using a different PC
- Deleting and reprovisioning a new Db2 Lite Plan
- Deleting and reprovisioning a new Db2 Lite Plan in a different location
I created a ticket to Support Center but was told as this is a Technical Issue and I have a free account, I am not entitled to support.
I have also tried going down the rabbit hole of using ChatGPT + CLI. The good news is that I can log in and see this instance with the same name, but the bad news is - I have no idea what I am seeing or how to use the CLI to do anything. Even if I could get it to work, I guess the UI still wouldn't, which is what the Coursera Course is based on.
Does anyone have any advice? Is there something simple and stupid I have done which can be easily fixed?
