  • 1.  Getting "Unable to successfully validate supplied extension file" on "all" extensions from exchange download

    Hi,
    After getting the Qradar to run, and I see data coming in, I wanted to add extensions to it. I selected only extensions from community, however I seem to only get

    "Unable to successfully validate supplied extension file" when file is uploaded. I can't get it to install or even be added to "NOT INSTALLED"


    The ova I'm using was downloaded yesterday from IBM's pages. Any suggestions? I tried looking through the forum but couldn't find anything.

    Hello Christian,
    Did you obtain that extension from https://exchange.xforce.ibmcloud.com/hub?br=QRadar and ensure it's supported with your QRadar version?

    Hi Christian,

    you should consider, that pulsedive is an Extension for ibm Security SOAR Apphost and Not for QRadar SIEM…

    This app is to be installed on our IBM Security QRADAR SOAR product and QRADAR SIEM.
