    You don't give us much detail to go on, but I guess you've got a DS4k disk subsystem.

    Check caching is correctly enabled and configured using the DS4k admin tools.

    Check your software levels - known issue

    Ring IBM support and ask them to check it out.

    Use google.

    I suggest you read the relevant user guides and redbooks. A search on the IBM website and/or google should turn them up.

    Also, since you clearly have to support these devices, it's better for you to learn how to help yourself rather than be shown every time.
