Your help require.

We are having a portal through which we can information about any failure transactions known as RED Monitor. Which was running successfully in all three envrionment. Dev, QA and PROD but recently in Dev environment JVM version has been upgraded. Since then when I open RED Monitor portal, it point to search page which throwing error message Object Not Found.

Can anyone please suggest any solution?

Capture the server log when you do that operation and post here… Above details are not sufficient for providing any info…

but now I have roll back the JVM changes and restarted IS server since then it is working fine now. It is not throwing any error message now. So unable to provide you server log.
