    Hi All,

    One of my requiremnt is to get the EDIFACT format 850 from customer and push into SAP.I want to how what configuartion settings are needed to be done in order to know that a document has come from customer via VAN.

    Narasimha,

    Basically you have to poll the VAN mailbox(what ever your provider is like GXS or sterling to name a few…)via webMethods VAN FTP TN services and depends on the ISA,GS(X12),UNB/UNG (EDIFACT) id’s you have to setup in your VAN mail box and schedule certain interval to pull the documents from VAN no matter they are X12 or EDIFACT documents.

    Also search this forum regarding VAN polling,services or docs to get more information…
