this is some sort of bad luck but indeed this intended.
There should be a Readme-File (Software_AG_Documentation.pdf) there.

Earlier versions of wM had an Installation Component “Documentation”, but this does not guarantee, that these documents are updated to the latest version.

http://techcommunity.softwareag.com/ecosystem/communities/public/_communities/documentation

Yes, get empower access using your official mail address or you can access docs via SAG tech community.

If you want to rock in interview you should know topic very well which can be achieved by reading doc, implementing the same through interfaces.
