I am not sure I understand the question but if the only objective is to be able to feed CM with files from multiple mail folders (in addition to or instead of cmgr\mmgr\mail) the only thing you need to do is make multiple copies of stampandsortfile (in the MsgMgr.msd) and make each point to the corresponding input mail folder. The GET PO specification in PM is not a physical location but a logical source, you can have only one logical source for a tradelink but you can have many mail directories, but the naming rules for the input file still have to be followed (i.e. anynamemi.pon) to match the tradelink. But be carefull, make sure you do not have two stampandsort file components pointing to the SAME folder, the event server will process each file twice if you do.
