Hi,

Need to know if currently latest RPA studio "21.0.3" able to provide us the confidence level/score as output during OCR processing using Google/Abbyy providers?

I found only can get confidence score when perform recognize image text. We need to utilize the confidence score at OCR text extraction output so that the next flow can be correctly route.

This command has not changed, but you can request this resource on this portal: ideas

A workaround is you take the output image and use it in the "Recognize Image Text or PDF" command. 

If you need better accuracy you can follow this blog. How to Improve OCR Accuracy
