@Jan-Willem Steur I believe the ask here is where all from a business process standpoint GenAI use-cases will be applicable in the airport domain. Few we may think is towards fixing of various assets (aerobridge-ramps etc.). We also think single version of asset truth which is via collaboration with GIS is important from an end-to-end effective utilization of AI technology.

    Your views will be appreciated!

    Hi Vaibhav,

Sorry for my late response. In general (and not only Airport related), I have some thoughts about how to get value from Gen AI infused processes. the most obvious one is to have a kind of AI agent that gives answers back on finding the most suitable solution to resolve a defect on a specific asset (based on asset class, configuration, asset defect and repair history on similar asset classes / configurations). The data can either come form the historical asset (MX / MAS) database itself or even form the new Reliability Strategies add-on which contains thousands of risk mitigating actions.

Another GenAI idea could be to create structured inspection summaries (with pre-coded information) based on all "free text" interpretations by technicians (they mean the same, but explain it most often very differently)

    Just some thoughts. WDYT?
